I've realised when exploring Squarespace I may have activated the Commerce section without realising, however I'd like to turn this off as I have no intention of using this feature. The commerce features exist on all Squarespace sites and cannot be disabled. You have not "activated" them without realising. That said, they should not adversely affect your site.
