How do I make sure the navigation menu isn’t overlaying my banner image / how do I move my banner image down?

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help me!

I’m trying my best to figure out how to edit my homepage so that my navigation menu doesn’t lie over the top of my homepage banner image. I’ve attached a photo and you can see how tricky it is to see the navigation menu (text in navy.) I’d like to increase the spacing between the logo and navigation menu which would push the navigation further down over the image so would the solution be to move the image down? I can’t manange to figure out how to do that!

The spacing and padding of the logo and navigation menu on the other pages seems to be all over the place as the about page (an index page with banners) has a huge gap between the navigation menu and the first banner. The well-being page is the exact spacing / layout I’d like it to be, just with a bigger spaced between the logo and navigation menu! The well-being page is just a regular blank page with blocks as opposed to a banner. I can’t figure out why they’re different and what I’ve done there! Hope that makes sense!

Thank you so much for your help in advance,

Nic
