Use new code

body.homepage header#header {
    position: absolute !important;
    background: transparent !important;
}
body.homepage .header-announcement-bar-wrapper {
    background: transparent !important;
    position: absolute !important;
}

This works great for my homepage, how do I apply the same code to some of the other pages?  Example I have found the body ID = "collection-5ffd164661b0803c64957442"

Thanks in advance!

Replace body.homepage with #page-id
