CSS in CUSTOM CSS is disappearing

I use the Custom CSS to modify a Wells template for a quick portfolio site. I usually make modifications to CUSTOM CSS and leave it. Lately I have noticed that when I come back to CUSTOM CSS. See Screenshot: 

What is really weird is that. I can see still the CSS that I have entered take effect on the live Page.

For example I am using Custom CSS to reposition by Logo on Mobile and Desktop pages so its flush against the corner or top. I can still see this take place and I can still see the CSS changes in the CODE. I am just not able to display the CSS when I navigate to the CUSTOM CSS tab.

Can anyone explain why the CUSTOM CSS I am adding are disappearing? 

What happens when you click the OPEN IN WINDOW button?

Is it blank as well?

Have you tried logging out of your site, quit the browser, restart it, log back into your site?

I have the CSS panel do that as well. Its a bit disconcerting for sure. Close the config and reopen it, if that doens't do the trick then log out and back in.

Have you tried to change browser and clear the browser cache?

Thanks for the feedback. It seems a combination of closing out the browsers and clearing cache had fixed the problem.

I did a little bit of testing on my end and this happens under two circumstances.

If you have multiple Squarespace editor windows open. For example multiple tabs where you are editing the CUSTOM css. Changes saved do not permeate to the other instances.

and/or

When using the Open in New Window option. Once opened in new window the original CSS is no longer visible in the original window it has been transferred to the new window. If you close the NEW window, the CSS in CUSTOM CSS in the original window is still not visible. 

This does not seem like it was intended and a potential bug.
