Domain Name Transfer issues

I transferred a domain name from Network Solutions to Squarespace. It seems to be lost somewhere. Squarespace keeps telling me that the domain is still locked. I have an email from Network Solutions saying it was successfully transferred (see attached) to Tucows.com, a reseller. I have the Whois info (see attached) showing that the domain name is with Squarespace. My client has no live site and no access to emails. Squarespace keeps telling me that I need to contact my domain name holder and tell them to unlock the domain....we have been going around in circles for days. I just called Network Solutions to confirm that they no longer have the domain name and they confirmed that it has been transferred. 

Has anyone had a similar experience? If so, how was it solved? My client needs access to his email asap.

Well Network solutions is kinda right. Squarespace doesn't host domains themselves on their servers they use Tucows. It seems that a step or two didn't happen for some reason. Here is the support page from SS for the procedure to transfer a Network Solutions domain to SS.
