Nav menu link - direct to different external link depending on desktop or mobile

Hello! I'm looking for a way to direct a user to one of two external sites depending on whether they're viewing my website with a desktop or mobile device.

On yield.credit, the "The Garden" link should go to one desktop-only website if viewed on a desktop, and a mobile-only website if viewed with a phone. Either of these external sites won't look right if viewed with the wrong device.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much!
