Markdown Text Font Troubleshoot

Recommended Posts

Site URL: https://www.erinhartdesign.com/

Hello, Hello!! To have better control over my text layout and design I used markdown text blocks to input text on my website. I recently showed a friend my website on their computer and none of my text displayed as the fonts I assigned in the code. Here is an example of my code:

<span style="font-family:AWConqueror Std Didot; font-size:1.7em; font-weight:bold; line-height:0em;">mystic seaport museum</span>
<span style="font-family:Century Gothic Pro; font-size:1.3em;">flexible brand identity</span> </div>

<span style="font-family:Century Gothic Pro; font-size:1em;">The Mystic Seaport Museum conducted a campaign to rebrand their organization's identity. They hired the Carbone Smolan Agency to help them better express their values and goals through their brand. I felt the solution they produced failed to accurately capture the characteristics the Museum prioritizes. Extensive research allowed me to gather enough information to develop an enhanced brand identity that better expresses their passionate pursuit to preserve the rapidly disappearing artifacts of America’s seafaring for the good of the community they engage with.

Can anyone help me figure out how to make sure the font styles appear on other computers. Thanks for the help!! Looking forward to hearing your suggestions.

That is what I thought but I am not sure how to do that. The fonts are AWConqueror Std Didot for the title and Century Gothic for the body text. Do you know what line of code I should use?

I meant, it is custom font or Squarespace font?
