How do I get rid of the page header space, including search bar?

Hi! My supervisor wants to get rid of the space in the image I've attached below. I think I identified the element, I just don't know how to make it not display.

Any CSS for this would impact the same element on other pages, e.g. the BLM page. 

Have you tried making the element height smaller on the editor screen?

Hi!
I just need the space and search bar and icon gone on this page. It's uneditable on the page.

Because of how the theme is built any code for this would also change the same element on other pages, e.g. the blue bar on the BLM page. So it can't specifically be changed by itself.

Add to Home > Design > custom CSS
