Make squarespace's white background transparent to reveal my custom background added via CSS

Hello all,

I am currently trying to add a parallax scrolling effect to the linked page. But squarespaces default white background is covering it for some reason. You can see my custom background above the header, but the rest is covered by the white. I'd like to make the entire background my custom image. 

Any help would be appreciated!

Nevermind I found my issue. I was putting it in the header injection!
