Bedford template - Custom background navbar and change navlinks to center

Hi, I'm using Bedford template. I'd like to customize two things and would love some help in CSS coding

1. How do I make primary navigation on left and secondary navigation on the right, with brand logo at the center? The default one is right-aligned navlinks with logo on far left.

2. What is the code to change the navbar background? I used this one below for Moksha template and it worked fine, I guess for Bedford  the class is different.
