Checkbox form options side by side - code?

Hello - I'd like to have the checkbox options (see attached) displayed side-by-side in a row - anyone has any idea what code I could use? Complete beginner here. Thanks!

I'd be so grateful to you if you could help me with the following:

1) How to have the checkbox options (see attached) displayed side-by-side in a row rather than vertically as they are now?

2) How to create extra padding around the gallery reel so that the squares appear in full on mobile?

3) How to make the columns of text at the top appear the same on mobile, instead of looking like rows of text as they do now?
