I have worked thought a few CCS mods to get my gallery image block lightbox to look they way I want it to. I am having a problem getting the lightbox opacity to be 1 or full background with no opacity. Every time I inject a CCS mod the element z-index and opacity revert back to opacity

I have tried several variation but nothing works. Here is the latest CCS I injected.
