Customizing the Height of a Single Spacer to Center Footer Text and Social Links (Height-wise)

The template I am using is Zion and its under photography.

Hi! I would like to customize the height of two spacers (the ones labeled below) so they are about 50% of the height of their minimum height to center the "Jax Marie" and social links. However, I would like this change to only apply to the spacer in the footer and not all the spacers sitewide. Any help with custom CSS would be greatly appreciated!
