Adding a text over a header image.

Hey, I want to add a text over my header image. Currently my header css contains this:

.header-announcement-bar-wrapper {background-image:url('url'); background-repeat:no-repeat; background-size:cover;background-position: center;

}
.header-title-logo{
 float: right;
  margin-right:0px; 
}

So on the bottom left on the header I want to display a text. Currently when I am trying that (not in this code, I deleted my tries 🙂 ), the text is displayed behind the image. Do you know how to solve that?
