Custom font for back to, prev/ next in avenue

Hi everyone, 

I'm trying to replacing fonts in avenue with my custom font.

So far it's pretty much done but I haven't found any discussion about how to replace the "back to work" and "prev/ next" buttons with custom font. 

It would be really nice that someone can show me the way.
