Flodesk integration - Announcement Bar

Hi all, i am trying to find a clickable link to keep the announcement bar on my website. I ahve just transitioned from mailerlite to flodesk but am struggling to find a web link to add into Marketing settings. Has anyone cracked this code?! Any help greatly appreciated!
