Freezing Words

Hi,

On the main page of my website, the content blocks "Service," "Events," "About," and "Contact" aren't fixed. This means that when I make the Safari window smaller, all the letters smush together (same with phone preview). 

How do I freeze/glue these words so that the letters don't move regardless of screen/window size?
