help styling two text styles/sizes in one text box

i wonder if someone can help me in styling some text on my homepage. i love how it looks overall but wish i could adjust the text size and style in a couple of places.

(ref image below)

i wish the first line was H3 size, and the second line was P2 

but the text box always just changes all the text box into one size and style. can anyone help?

i wonder is it because it is text over a background image?

i want to do the same for the two captions under the two smaller images on th epage but dont know how either.

is it not letting me because it is an image caption?

anyone know how to do have two text styles in these places?

I don't know how to explain it. But I think, if you contact Squarespace Customer Care, they will give you instructions on how to do this.

If they can't help, let me know. I will do a quick video to achieve this.
