Update to my question below for anyone that's curious: 
The answer is yes, "SquarespaceWebsites Tools PRO" Chrome extension linked below includes both of the individual plugins I asked about and quite a bit a more. The dev is able to give good support through both email and a slack channel. I highly recommend it for anyone needing these tools.

It was implied (but not clarified) in one post I read on a different forum that the above plugin contained both the Gallery Blocks for 7.1 included in this plugin: https://www.squarewebsites.org/products/squarespace-admin-ui-tweaks as well as the Advanced Map Block: https://www.squarewebsites.org/products/advanced-map-block-unlimited. 

Can anyone that has the Tools Pro confirm or deny for me? And that the latter works with 7.1? I just need to know this before dropping $200 on something. I've tried reaching out to the dev but no response as of yet.

Hi @tuanphan, I did ask the plugin author as mentioned in the original post. Unfortunately, he's not gotten back to me yet. I'll try posting in a few other places you mentioned.
