Appointment Types Not In POS or Synched to Square

I've set up both commerce and appointments for my girlfriend's spa site. It took some work to get the appointments down but she absolutely loves it... with one huge missing component. Many times, here client books online but wants to pay in-person (and provide a tip). Unfortunately Squarespace's POS only includes ecommerce items and not appointment types so there's no means for her to bring up the POS and charge in-person. Additionally, the Square integration only sees the ecommerce items as well and not the appointment types. To make things even more frustrating, there's no export mechanism for appointment types so I had to hand enter them into her Square account. Not sure how this was overlooked but it really needs to get integrated.

This forum is not routinely monitored for product feature requests. To make Squarespace aware of this feature request you'll want to open a ticket through Customer Care. They'll document your feedback and share it with the appropriate team.
