How to size embedded video to appear 16x9 on mobile

Does anyone have a code snippet for resizing embedded video to appear 16x9 on mobile? My goal is for the video in the blog post to have the same width. If I use the Video Block and embed from YouTube and change the size to what I want the video looks huge in the blog post, but looks good on mobile. If I use the Embed Block and embed from YouTube and change the size to what I want the video sizes correctly in the blog post, but looks cutoff on mobile. There must be a code snippet to fix this no? Anyone?

Can you share link to page where you added video? We can check easier

I figured it out for desktop but on mobile the videos are all stacked on top of eachother. How can I fix it?
