Can I make the active image larger for Squarespace 7.1 gallery slideshow reel?

The active image for the slideshow reel block displays the caption, but I'm wondering if it's possible to make this image even more obviously active by having it be larger (both in height and width) than the other images in the reel?

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom CSS
