How to create a SquareSpace site that is similar to one that I like from another user?

I want to create a new Squarespace account whereby I can add a tab for "Equipment/Gear" whereby someone can click on various camera or audio gear that I use and it will redirect them to Amazon or B&H Photo to buy that same item. Will the lowest $12 monthly rate plan offer this? Or do I need a higher plan? I have looked through all the various templates (such as Blog or Photography) but cannot find what I want. I want to have my Squarespace design somewhat similar to the one that Sara Dietschy has (but much simpler) and with a "Gear" tab for Amazon/B&H product links. That looks promising! Can you also let me know exactly which template to use on SquareSpace that will suit my needs? When I checked out the template for "Blog" and "Photography", that appeared to be the closest but didn't seem to quite fit my needs. Thanks!

The first three on this page, Avenue, Wexley, Wells. Simple grid based layouts especially Wexley. Avenue has been very popular over the years with photographers and artists. It is one of the older templates. I use it myself.  The forth one, York, is a bit modern but very good for photograpers.
