Shopping cart French translation : custom CSS ?

Hi folks :)
I'm launching my new online store, & I need your help & advice
The products will only be delivered in France (for the moment) and I wish to modify the texts of my shops
For ex : 
- shopping cart (UK) > panier (FR)
- item (UK) > Produit (FR)
- edit details (UK) > finition de l'encadrement (FR)
- subtotal (UK) > sous-total (FR)
- cart (UK) > panier (FR)

I have already managed to do some French translation by following the advice of Mr. Creedon in the forum, but I don't know how to do for the above texts

I see you are using a template in the Pacific template family. Did you know that you can change your site language to French if you are using the Charlotte, Naomi or Pacific template in the Pacific template family?

To change your site’s language:

• Go to Settings > Language & Region.
• Under the map, click the Language drop-down menu.
• Select French.
• Depending when your site was created, you may also see a Localize website toggle. If you do, switch it on.
• Click Save at the top of the panel.

Once saved, you’ll see all built-in text on your site in French.

"Localize website toggle" was OFF. I switch it ON & tadaaa, now my eshop is 100% in French 😃
