Change "Read More" text only one page of blog?

I have two blog pages on my site and want to change the "Read More" text on just one of them. Is this possible? My template is Rally (Brine family). There is no footer option on the blog settings > advanced tab options either. 

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS

a.BlogList-item-readmore {
    visibility: hidden;
}
a.BlogList-item-readmore:before {
    content: "new read more";
    visibility: visible;
}

i´m in the same situation the solution Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS change ALL but as @madameblue i only want to change just ONE single blog page and left the other without change. She explained very well the problem

Possible. You can add to Blog Settings > Page Header Code Injection.
