Change section height only on mobile???

Hi!! In my "About Us" page, the section height were the "Multiservicios y Medio Ambiente" title is (section-id = 5fccb6983ff1011540ede2f6) is set at 100%, which looks good on desktop format but not on mobile. The ideal height for that section on mobile would be 88% but if I change it, then it automatically changes in the desktop version as well and it looks weird. 

Does someone know how can I change the section height only for mobile?

I see 3 buttons on homepage...no about section

Hi tuanphan! So, if you access any of the language buttons (english for example) that you see on the homepage you will get to the "About us" page. The section where it says "Multiservicios Y Medio Ambiente. Landscape and garden design. Contact Us" is the one that I'd like to have at 88% height on mobile. See picture attached.

Add to Page Settings > Advanced > Header (each page has page header)
