Had someone email me asking to change the shipping address, and I know I can leave myself an internal note, but is there a way to change it so it shows up properly on the packing slip/shipping label?

This is a concern, not just because of the practical issue of sending goods to the wrong address, but also because we cannot fulfill our obligations under data protection legislation, regarding the accuracy of customer data that we collect. I’ve already raised this concern with Squarespace’s Trust and Safety team and am waiting to hear back. I recommend that you also raise a ticket with Squarespace Customer Care mentioning the same data protection issue, as it will help to raise visibility of this important issue.
