Squarespace doesn't save my favorite templates.

Every now and then I go to start a new site for a client, and find that Squarespace has purged my collection of favorited templates. I'll then spend time recreating the list, only for it to disappear again a few months later. It's really time consuming and inconvenient. 

I'm on Chrome and always have been. Anyone else have this problem? 

Most folks have a two week trial of a template if not activated. After that time there is a short grace period and then it is most likely going to go away. Circle members have a six month trial. That is a good thing especially for us who come here to help. I use a number of trial templates as a lab and a couple of activated ones as well. If you are talking about links to templates on squarespace not ones that are actually in your workspace then I find this the easiest way to find them, I change the name of the template to the one I want.
