Rally Template: Blog Title Above Thumbnail Image?

I am working on a blog using the Rally template, and I am wondering if there is a way to make the blog title appear above the thumbnail image (while still keeping the excerpt below)?

@tuanphan thanks for looking into this! i just tried it out and it made my blog title disappear altogether.
