Inline Caption Overlay- not an option with v7.1?

Hi! 

I am using v7.1 and don't see any option for the "inline caption overlay" on image blocks. This was def an option in 7. (Link to article about this: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/205814528#toc-add-text, scroll down about 25% of page to see image block options.)

Is this no longer an option? In Design>Image Blocks the only options I see are: Poster, Card, Overlap, Collage, and Stack. 

If it is no longer an option...are there other ways I can achieve this text overlay?

You can achieve it via custom code injection, could you share the effect you want to replicate on 7.1?
