Code Injection for simple interactive applets

I've made a few simple interactive simulations in processing.js that I would like to load in a webpage. Is there a way to inject code into the body of a page so that I can do this? It seems I can only inject code to modify the headers and footers of a given page, but not the body. 

You can edit page > Add a Code Block > paste your code (don't check Display Source)
