Reducing a page section down to a thin strip

Hi everyone!

I'm in need of a little coding help to reduce down a page section added to a home page index.

https://interiorsbydesignco.squarespace.com is the site in question and as you can see the page added at the bottom is a standard height. Is there an easy way to add code to reduce that down by at least half?

Have you thought about reducing the Index section padding? By minimizing that, you can then add back the room you need with spacer blocks in the other sections
