Logo is too small. I changed it to 3000 by 3000.

Hello please help.  I am trying to upload a logo I created in Canva.  Using a 2500 width and adjusting the sizes once its in Canva and still too small.  Been working on this to the point of frustration.   Help desk said increase width to 2500 and I did that it didnt work.  I increased the font to largest in canva 140 and it still didnt work.  

Hoping someone here can figure this out.
