Related content or changing the end of a blog post

Hello again my friends,

I'm looking for anyway to change the end of an article in a blog-post in my website.

Right now at the end of every article you can see the next and previous blog posts and I would like to change it. Is there any way to make it looks like the blog posts page? with images, or maybe a "related content" area. 

Anything that would change the correct version would be great for me.
