how to change color of one word only within site title?

Hi!  My business logo is just simple text, however one word is one color and the other is a different color.  How can I change this within the site title?

@tuanphanthank you for your response!  tried that but it shows up as plain text.  i'm also totally open to importing a logo image with text, just haven't figured out a way to do that where the text resolution remains sharp enough.  thoughts?

If you don't keep step 1, I can't see span tag to test code
