Markdown blocks and AMP errors

I have been using the markdown block to add nofollow links to my posts for affiliate links. These seem to be causing AMP errors in Google. Getting Disallowed attribute or attribute value present in HTML tag. Anyone have idea on how to fix? Every single mark down block is affected. Thanks for any advice.
