form with conditional respond

Hi All, new to this. Can anyone help me with forms? 

my question here is how do I create a text block that the content is based on the answers from a form? 

for example questions on the form are: sex?(radio) age?(number)

if sex = male and age = 32. then the text block appears and display "you are a male adult"

if sex = female and age = 5. then the text block appears and display "you are a child girl"

the text block can either be hidden until form submitted, or be at a redirected page.
