PaulDDA
Site URL: https://pauldidier.com/ I cannot reach anyone at Squarespace either by chat or email. All the links provided on their "Contact Us", @Squarespacehelp", or any other links are simply circuitous and lead back to the beginning. This is absolutely crazy! I just sent an email to the address Squarespace give in their "How to contact Squarespace technical support" only to have it bounce back telling me the address is no longer being used and providing a link to the same page that gave me the out dated address! My latest attempt concerns a suspicious email I received, claiming to be from Squarespace, saying I needed to pay for something. If it's legit I need to take some action but if not I certainly need to know. Can someone PLEASE help me reach SOMEONE at Squarespace? I can't believe I'm paying a company as much money as I am and getting NO support at all. Link to comment
LRKR
Follow these steps... 1. Click this link for support: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us?platform=v6&websiteId=5ca3709fe66669793c3dced8 2. Once you click the above link, look to the bottom right of the screen. 3. Click the question mark that you'll see at the bottom right of the screen (it's inside a circle) 4. When you see the chat box open, type "Start a live chat" and you will be put into an online queue of other people who are also waiting for support (they'll tell you how many people you have in front of you). If you still get an automated bot response, keep typing "human" or "live chat" and you'll make it there. 5. Wait until someone shows up on the other side and they'll answer your questions. Note: support has been super helpful in my experience, but Squarespace doesn't have every feature that everyone wants. So you have to be mindful of that. The support team does not equal the developer team, so be patient when it doesn't go your way. Link to comment
