The lack of mobile customisation features is a huge problem!

Hello Squarespace forum, I'm not sure this will reach anyone but here's hoping.

I have repeatedly had issues with mobile customisation. Issues that are beyond the scope of Squarespace websites and support. To put it bluntly, Squarespace mobile is outdated. In a world where mobile drives 90% plus of web traffic, Squarespace is currently in an obsolete state. Period.

Our business contract is set to expire in the new year and I can't see anything changing in that time, so we will likely be reconsidering our options. Over the years, I have repeatedly suggested to support that the development team need to release their plans for future features. This is required now more than ever. Expecting people/businesses to invest in a product in "good faith" is no longer a luxury Squarespace has, as they are no longer leaders in their field.
