Team page - The bio's are too long so I want to show a button that saids SHOW MORE

Hi everyone,

I am new to Squarespace, building my first website in many years. What I need to do is control the amount of text next to a team member and then once you hover over at section all of the bio is shown or a show more button and clicked to go to the full team bio.

Help please.

Today I tried using the Lightbox option but I don't know hoe to change the type font/sizes/colours in the code so all the help you can offer would be great. I'm having lots of fun but not getting too far.
