Microsoft Edge text wrap issue with form block

I have spotted a problem with the wrapping of text in a form block on a page I have set up. This is only presenting as a problem on Microsoft Edge. I have attached a screenshot for reference.

The question line does not wrap, causing the site to overflow along the x-axis. 

I'm guessing some sort of flexbox issue, as I know Microsoft browsers can suffer them, but reached the limits of my knowledge in how to tackle. 

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!
