How do I keep the same order of individuals on the Our Team page on mobile as on desktop?

I'm a basic SS newbie helping my brother-in-law out with his site.

He has a team page with 7 people that's hierarchical - senior to junior. I have set the images and text  so there are  4  columns/ people on the top row and three people on the row below. But when I look at the mobile site, it's placing the person on the first row of the second line as the 2nd team member - not the 5th. ( See pics attached). When I try to move the order around in mobile view, it changes the order when I revert back to desktop view

You need to adjust layout a bit

Step 1. Add image 1, text 1 - image 2, text 2, image 3, text 3, image 4, text 4

Step 2. Add a Line Block

Step 3. Add image 5,....

Step 4. Remove Line Block

Then check again mobile

I see your site footer on tablet doesn't look good. Text close footer top border, email column is a bit narrow.

If you need to fix these, we can give the code
