What is markup for Promoted Blocks?

I cannot remember how to add Promoted Blocks to a custom collection? I added the promotedBlocks setting to the .conf and that successfully HIDES the promoted content, but not sure how to add it to the .item page layout to tell it where i want it to display? i dont think SQ provides any documentation for this -- anyone know what the markup is for displaying promoted content? THANK YOU!!

i figured it out! it's {promotedBlock} - place this in the .item file where you want the promoted content to display 🙂
