With the Portfolio Hover: Fixed how do i change the padding ?

With the Portfolio Hover: Fixed - how do i change the padding so these link can be moved up close to. the next section ?

The padding is way off with no controls to customize. also how to customize the hover on the links ? to have an underline plus a different color ?

Add to Design > Custom CSS

    margin: 0px !important;
}

    color: red;
}
