200 per page product limit error

We have got Commerce Advance plan with Version 7.1 and now when trying to import products then it gives an error every time that "200 per page product limit exceeds" whereas it is mentioned as 10,000.

This is quite confusing that there is no clear information about commerce and inventory management and every time we try to do anything it just ask for upgrade. is this really a website solution for small businesses or just a money making machine. Why is not clear information and proper support about these common features.
