I've talked to two agents on live chat, and am still waiting to be contacted by an "Advisor". My website sells customized paper floral bouquets, with the option to customize the text on the petals as well as a customized note card. I have both of these customizations in one product form box that pops up as soon as you add an item to the cart. The issue is- on a mobile phone (Iphone tested), the form glitches. You can fill out the top box fine (Petal Text), but when you start to fill out the second text area (Customized Note Card), the form does not allow you to see what you are typing. It bounces back up to the first text area. It bugs out. I am worried that I am missing orders because most people are finding out about me through social media... on their phones. Today was launch day. And I've spent the past four hours on this. I can't get an answer out of Square Space. Please help! Link to comment
Guest Posted February 15, 2021 Share Posted February 15, 2021 Same here! iPhone users are having a huge problem and I have missed out on 4 sales because of it. This is a giant problem and they are not taking responsibility for it. They must know this is a problem! If anyone can help this would be great! The person I am currently talking to from squarespace is not really helping with this matter. You posted that last month and still nothing. This post is from November. Plus I have Tuan telling me he posted it as well.. Looks Like I need to take my business elsewhere. I cannot lose any more money from this. She launched her first product promotion last week and has been inundated with customers with iphones complaining they can't order as they can't see the form to complete it and is now having to process the orders manually as she did before her website, rendering it futile for those clients and giving her a loss of confidence in Squarespace. With so many iphone users out there why aren't Squarespace addressing this? Link to comment
