Language Switcher Top of Site

Hello!

I was wondering if someone could help me with creating the code for a language switch option at the top right corner of my website. Unfortunately I am very inexperienced at coding. I followed a blog and grouped the page urls with either /en/XYZ or /it/XYZ in order to either include or exclude the pages depending on the language selected. I would love for this language selector to be something like EN | IT and preferably use the same custom font I have already set site wide. Any guidance would be very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance for the generosity of your time,

Cole

Hi Cole. I'd recommend you to check out this tutorial from Brad Good.

If you can't fully make it work or need extra features get in touch with him, he did the multi-language setup for my website and I think it works awesome.

In case you want to have a look at it:

Thanks Ohio!

I really appreciate you reaching out. I tried to pull up your website but unfortunately it just took me to a landing page without any links or buttons.

I actually had found the BradGood tutorial before. I followed all the steps as far as how to set up the pages and used the provided code. However I'm having issues with the language switcher portion. The flags code doesn't work anymore (I emailed them to let them know), and I would like to be able to choose the font of the "English | Italiano".

Any ideas on how to tweak the CSS so the font matches my sitewide styling?

Best,

Cole

Oh, sorry, I just fixed the issue on my website, seems like the buttons got left out of the visible screen, I'm still working on it.

No, I don't know how to tweak the CSS to style that menu...

Thank you for the quick responses. Will you let me know when you've sorted out the buttons so I can check it out?

Cole

Hey Cole, it's fixed. It's not how I want it to look but at least now you'll be able to see the buttons.

Thank you!
