Adding a custom field in Newsletter Block

Hi, I love how the newsletter block looks on my website's welcome page, but in order for it to work better for me, I need to add a custom field for people to select their preferred language (English or Spanish). It can be a drop down menu or multiple selection.

I would like to keep the beautiful aesthetic of the newsletter block, which is not provided by the general form block. Is it possible to add this field with custom CSS? Any ideas on how I could achieve this?

I think you can create it from Mailchimp, then get embed code & embed into your Squarespace site.

Hi tuanphan, yes this is what I did. I had to add custom CSS to make it look presentable, it is not as beautiful as the Squarespace block design but at least it works. I would love for wordpress to have more customization in blocks like these.
