dropdown accordion under product description

I see everyone has the same needs and problems ><

I followed all the steps and arrived to the same issue where the accordion appears at the top of the page and not under the  or description. I continued with the suggestions of changing the markup from  to 7 or 9 but nothing changed. Could some one help me with this?
