Signed up and whole website has disappeared except website title

Hi. I have just signed up to Squarespace after building the website earlier this year. Having signed up, the whole website (about a months work) has disappeared, except the website title. Has anyone experienced this before and did you find a solution? I have contacted support but if anyone can help until they reply that would be great as I am meeting someone tomorrow to discuss the website. Thanks!

Hi, did you find a solution ?  Everything except an old expired site has disappeared from my dash!

Perhaps it is a temporary SS glitch? I just looked at my dash and all seems normal.

Other things you can try. Restart all your internet devices. From the modem/router that comes into your location to your browsing device. Clear you browsing device cache.

My dashboard is fine. Older expired sites may still have something present in a dashboard if any part of it such as a domain or email service is still active.
